HOW TO ORDER
All orders can be made online through the website. I use a secure payment gateway to process all orders. Please do not email your card details to me as I can take no responsibility for the security of your details if given this way. All orders are made subject to availability.PAYMENT
I accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, DELTA, ELECTRON, JCB credit/debit cards. I also accept postal orders. Please do not send notes or coins through the post. I accept no responsibility for payment made this way. It is very important that you provide the cardholder's name exactly as it is shown on the card and billing address exactly as it appears on the card statement. We can take no responsibility for details submitted to us which are inaccurate or incomplete. Orders with inaccurate or incomplete address/card details will be subject to delay and may not be processed. All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling. I take payment in pounds sterling and your payment card will be charged accordingly. If your card is not a UK registered card, payment will be charged according to the exchange rate at the time of transaction.STOCK
I aim to deliver all orders as soon I possibly can. If any item you have chosen is not available you will be refunded for that item. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that I am unable to supply an item, I will inform you of this as soon as possible.PRICING
All products on www.theflyingbead.co.uk are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Any additional duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at their appropriate local rate. While the prices and specifications given on this website are checked to the best of my ability, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. If I discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered, I will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If I am unable to contact you I will treat the order as cancelled.UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
Standard delivery to the UK mainland is £1.95. I try very hard to despatch orders as soon as I can, usually within 24 hours of receipt. Please note deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order with me within 14 days from the day after the day on which you receive the goods that you have ordered. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling the order within this time. We strongly recommend obtaining a "proof of posting certificate" for returning goods or using a recorded/insured service for more valuable items. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us. Where goods are faulty or there is an error on my part I will be happy to repay reasonable postage costs agreed before the item is returned. Please ensure that you enclose a copy of your receipt with the goods for all returns and exchanges. Please return goods to: The Flying Bead, 1 Elder Ghyll, Hawkshead, Ambleside, Cumbria LA22 0QE. Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back with me in a new and unused condition, in their original immediate packaging. Goods received back in an unsuitable condition will unfortunately not qualify for a refund. Where a refund is required, I will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation. If an alternative item is required, please specify product code, size and colour. Please note that if the item is not faulty, and you require goods in exchange, a further carriage charge may be required.
